Privacy Policy

Effective May 25, 2026

Healing Body Mechanic ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short because our data practices are simple.

Information we collect

  • Contact form. When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the contents of your message.
  • Booking. When you schedule a session, booking is handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com. Through it we receive your name, email, appointment details, and — for in-home sessions — the address where you'd like to meet.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our host records standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide your sessions, and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

How your information is handled

Contact-form messages are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database on this website. Booking information is stored by Cal.com under their privacy policy. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Cal.com booking tool may set cookies that are necessary for scheduling to function.

Your choices

You may request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing kelly@healingbodymechanic.com.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date shown above.
